This software is licensed (not sold), and is the property of the developer, Alexander G. Tilles.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and the laws of the U.S.A. (without regard to conflict of law principles), and you specifically consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of King County, Washington, U.S.A.
